Scott Houle Posted September 22, 2018 Posted September 22, 2018 We recently updated our domain name on our corporate website. We had been linking to our forum using the SSO. Since the update nobody can access the forum, and we can't get into the admin to troubleshoot. How can we get access back to our forum?

bfarber Posted September 24, 2018 Posted September 24, 2018 If the domain name changed, and you were using a cookie-based SSO setup, it is probable that the cookie is no longer being set. If your forum is a subdomain of the main site and you also updated your forum domain name in conf_global.php, doublecheck any constants.php file you might have in place which is overriding the default COOKIE_DOMAIN to use.
