bfarber Posted September 24, 2018 Share Posted September 24, 2018 If the domain name changed, and you were using a cookie-based SSO setup, it is probable that the cookie is no longer being set. If your forum is a subdomain of the main site and you also updated your forum domain name in conf_global.php, doublecheck any constants.php file you might have in place which is overriding the default COOKIE_DOMAIN to use.
