Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Abby Weng Posted August 25, 2018 Posted August 25, 2018 Hello everyone, I wonder if it's possible instead of saying they are banned, I can make the message say that they have an inactive account instead? Members who access forum links directly get the banned message that hurts feelings. Thanks in advance!
Cyboman Posted August 27, 2018 Posted August 27, 2018 You can change all texts in ACP -> languages f.e. setup a secondary english language and edit the "translation" field with your new text. Then set the secondary english language as default. As an advice -> look for all "ban/banned" strings, as there are a lot more texts using the words "ban/banned" (as your members might also receive ban notifications/emails)

Thanks a lot! 🙂
