Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted August 25, 20186 yr Hello everyone, I wonder if it's possible instead of saying they are banned, I can make the message say that they have an inactive account instead? Members who access forum links directly get the banned message that hurts feelings. Thanks in advance!
August 27, 20186 yr You can change all texts in ACP -> languages f.e. setup a secondary english language and edit the "translation" field with your new text. Then set the secondary english language as default. As an advice -> look for all "ban/banned" strings, as there are a lot more texts using the words "ban/banned" (as your members might also receive ban notifications/emails)
