Add points for voting in specific polls?

Currently I have to manually add points to members who vote in polls. Is there anyway or any plug in that can do this automatically? Needs to be specific polls too, not any poll.

Are you using a third party points/money plugin or application ?

If so which one ? The support topic for said third party file (if it has one) would be the best place to ask this question initially though.
