Search results template?

Can anyone point me to the template that displays the search results on IPS? I need to customize it and I can't find the template that handles this. Thanks!

BTW, is this template the same one that's used to display the results when clicking on a tag?

Clicking a tag indeed shows the resulting items as search results.

The template you are most likely looking for is either core > front > system > searchResult or searchResultSnippet

Unfortunately, editing that template did not make any changes. I am uploading two screenshots of the templates I am referring to:

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
