Fetch Custom profile field data in Block

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to create a custom block which can show members from a particular group along with the data from the selected custom profile fields.

Can someone please help me with following:

1. Code to show data from custom profile fields?
2. Where do we find the template key for the custom profile fields in admin cp?
