MasterOfFreedom Posted June 30, 2018 Posted June 30, 2018 I have a rather custom 2.0.4 site that i am taking up to 4.3, however, i am now trying to get some of the functionality added back in. I am looking for a developer that would be interested in making a full application based off of the old 2.0.4 code, but also have a lesser version (in some ways) for 3.4.x. So, i am wanting to take features from each and combine them into one application and possibility plugins for a core application. More details can be given in private. If things go well, i have other projects as well!

Yea, its a relic haha. Gaming site with a custom rec uploader for different games. Instead of having to create a new one for each game i want a generic rec uploader that has all the general features, then upload a script for parsing each rec for different games. Kind of like a template and then the admin's in the acp can add new games by adding custom fields, parse script, and display script. In the ACP the application would have general settings and the ability to add new games like plugins. The settings in that plugin would be specific to that game. So things like database prefix and table, parse script path, display script path, custom fields not included in general, version/patch, image folder path, etc... I know how i would do this in C++, but i am not a web dev, and IPS adds more layers of complexion for me.
