defualt forum permissions

Hi,

I have searched but can't find an option to set default forum permissions so that when a new forum is created by admin or moderator we get the default permissions ready to go. any ideas how I can achieve that?

also, can I reset all forums permission at one time, as some have permissions that are wrong and I don't want to search each one?

Do you mean permissions for membergroups to access and view? 

Instead of defining the permissions from each forum in Forums, you can go to Groups and define the forum permissions for all users in a particular groups.  Might be more efficient.
