Blocks and Feeds should all have usergroup persmissions.

It makes me sad that there is no usergroup permission available in most blocks or feeds. Sometimes or often you want to show only your members or parts of members (paying usergroups for example) specific blocks or feed blocks.

You can set permissions for blocks created via the pages app  ( created via the acp => pages => blocks
