Possible to Schedule a Recurring Calendar Event Biweekly?

Hello,

Is it possible to schedule recurring events as follows (examples only):

1. "every 2^nd Tuesday"
2. "every 3^rd Monday"

I'm not seeing an option for this in the calendaring system.

You can schedule events biweekly (by setting them to recur every 2 weeks) but you cannot yet at this time set events to occur on "every 2nd Tuesday" (or similar).

I've got a website I manage that has dinner meeting every 3rd Wednesday of the month. Really frustrates the owner that such an expensive software cannot do a basic schedule like that. I'm sure he'd vote for getting that change here.
