PPlanet Posted May 23, 2018 Share Posted May 23, 2018 I've upgraded my test site from 4.2.8 to 4.3.3 All good, but even on 4.3.3 before tweaking the new emojis options, I was able to convert text into the old emoticons. For example :) would automatically turn into as I typed. After tweaking around and saving the emojis preferences, it doesn't do that any longer. I tried different combinations of the settings and still no luck; :) simply remains :) and I see that it happens the same on this site. This is how I believe the preferences were before tweaking them around (I saved EmojiOne Style initially), and this also what I reverted to after noticing the problem. Any ideas please?
