Paid Club Auto-Approve

Maybe I am missing something but this is what appears to be happening:

1. A user creates a paid club
2. Another user wants to get into that paid club so they select Join Club
3. The user is then told the club moderator will approve your request
4. the moderator approves the request
5. the user then has to pay for the club

How can the process of the club owner/moderator skip this requirement to approve the desire for someone to purchase and just allow them to purchase. Then the flow would be like this:

1. A user creates a paid club
2. Another user want to get into that paid club so they select Join Club
3. That user then purchases and is in the club
