Filters options for "All Activity"

Hello, IPB Community,

I got to wondering how can we maybe get better filter options for all activity on which is shown on that page? Maybe disallow it showing new users joining the community for their own privacy, or what type of apps should be allow to be shown on that activity bar to the wider community.

You can already do that.  Just customize the Activity Stream.  

I created a custom stream that is named All Activity, but it skips gallery images and download files and certain categories.
