Centralised log of user bans?

Hi, we are migrating a large vBulletin 3.8 forum. We had a plugin on there which created a thread, in a hidden moderator's forum, each time a user was banned. This was useful, as it alerted moderators about who was being banned and why. Is there anything like this in IPB 4.3? Thanks

You can visit the Moderator CP and click Member Management in the left hand menu to see all banned users.
