Sign Up Button for mobile app

I am getting emails almost daily from folks inquiring about how to join my forum and I just realized there is no "Sign Up" button on the mobile app that is visible without clicking on the three bar icon. Does anybody know how to add an actual "Sign Up" button (not an icon) to the mobile nav bar? This would be for 4.2.9 for now.

Yep, no icon, I had already checked that plugin. I really need a button with the text as I deal with seniors and they need something visual

I think thats becoming the main demographic for all forums isnt it!

Yes and they don't relate to the 3 bar icon at all so I really need to change it as I am getting really tired of answering those "How do I register" or "I would like to join the forum" etc.
