[SOLVED]Downloads "extra fields" not working

Hi all,

Has anyone been able to add extra fields to the downloads app via the ACP? Mine are not displaying in the submission form.

 Upon further testing it seems that the checkbox set and select box fields don't work for me. I do have a lot of custom code on the site, so maybe it has been modified by my dev. Could you please try if that works for you?

Problem solved, thanks! I did it all wrong and didn't select the extra fields before saving.
