Server scaled images

I've checked my site on GTMetrix and its advising me to Serve scaled images. 

 

I'm wokring on the landing page issues but im not sure where to start or what to do with the serve scaled images, can anyone direct me in the right place to look ? 

 

I'm running WHM/Cpanel, php7.1 centos 7
