Move Topics to Tutorials

How do I move comments from Topics (in clubs) or Forums to a plugin?

Here is what I am dealing with at this moment:

I can created a topic in clubs. There are many discussions in that topic. I then got the Tutorials application and now need to move those discussions to Tutorials. 

I imagine I would need to do this through the database but I am hoping there is an easier solution. If that is the only way to do it, what database tables and I looking for and should I do this through mysql or is there a safer way to do this through ACP?
