Problem processing the uploaded file -200

We are getting an error when uploading an image from an iPhone Photo Library to a forum post. The file uploads with the status bar going all the way to the end after which the following error pops up. It was working fine before so not sure what's happening.

You probably need your server’s memory limits. The files are just too large to be processed. If you search for that error here on the site, you will lots of discussions about it already.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I bet it is the default PHP upload_max_filesize 2MB limit that has to be modified. The file that I was trying to upload was 2.8 Mb. I'll investigate.

I wish there was an option to select a smaller image size i.e. small, medium or large before you upload the image like you can do in mail app.
