Hello, I'm trying to create a loading screen with music playing before you enter my forums. Is anyone here familiar with creating one?

Oh god no.  The first thing i do with sites like this is CLOSE them and never return.  Mainly because it's like they haven't been updated since the early 90's.  

You might as well just post this sign for any visitor.  Would probably have more success.
