Mitch Wolberg Posted February 9, 2018 Posted February 9, 2018 We just upgraded to 4.2.7 and now all the Validation EMails are going to the users Spam box. We didn't have this issue with previous versions. Any suggestions? Mitch Wolberg RockWare, Inc.
Rhett Posted February 10, 2018 Posted February 10, 2018 Make sure you have your DNS setup properly with SPF, and DKIM records for your mail server, then ensure your mail server isn't listed on a blacklist too. If you're not sure what those items are, please consult with your hosting provider to assist you.
