How to add Recent Topic + Status box

Im currently using Invision Community v4.2.6 and need to add the boxes that usually appear on the right-hand side of the forums!

Logged in as an admin (or any moderator with "Can manage sidebar?" in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Moderator), on the front-end click the arrow on the left-side of the screen to open the Block Manager. Select a block you wish to and drag it to the sidebar.

It's on, but how do i actually bring it to the website?

The default admin should already have this permission so no need to explore Moderator permissions unless you do not see the left arrow on the front-end to access the Block Manager. You should see something like the below as an admin when logged into your community on the front-end:
