H5K Posted December 25, 2017 Posted December 25, 2017 Am I using Commerce wrong or is it not possible to allow a member access to managing support tickets outside of giving them administrative panel access..?
Aiwa Posted December 25, 2017 Posted December 25, 2017 A member can manage their own, change status, but not others. If the member is a support agent, ACP access is required.
