Announcement block to logged in members only?

Hello Everyone,

I'd like to restrict the announcement block from being displayed by anyone not logged in.  Specifically I find it shown at the, "forgot your password" page and would rather it not be shown there.

Note: This forum is private and guest access is turned off.

Just set the permissions for all announcements like that.

Open the front end block manager and remove it from there.
