Hey Guys

Is there away to disable certain forums displaying on the Unread Content page?

Yes, edit the stream to not include those forums.

Im assuming you are on 4.2  Go to ACP > System > Streams.  Edit the stream that says Unread Content.  

Unclick All forums and select each forum you want included.
