Hello, 

I'd like to ask a question regarding some functionality I cannot see in current IPS (4.2.x). Is it possible to send a message to selected ONLY users from defined groups ? Example: I have a group of users in group,  let's say 'Moderators' but in this group I have about ~20 users and I don't want to send to all of them a message. Instead of this I'd like to specify who should be selected from the list and who will receive such message. Is it possible in current version of IPS ? If not, do you know external modules, plugins which deliver such functionality ?

Unfortunately, the Bulk Email filter system does not let you break down and select members of a group. The filter is there to provide a generalized breakdown for a segment of your member-base. If you want to specify a very small portion of users to receive a message, a personal message is more suited for this purpose.

Yeah, I know now the limitation of default Bulk Email module but the question is if there is external plugin/add-on which is able to do what I want ?
