Aetherdan Posted October 9, 2017 Posted October 9, 2017 Why would an API user have their IP banned over and over? I keep removing it from the list, but its constantly just banned once more. Quote { "errorCode": "1S290\/A", "errorMessage": "IP_ADDRESS_BANNED" } Other than in Ban settings, where else would I remove the ban? I have allowed the setting to use any IP with that particular API key. What happened was, the user has been using the api for a while now, but we had to change his key, he accidentally used the old one for a few queries and got banned. Now that hes using the new one, hes constantly having his IP re-added to ban list.
Aetherdan Posted October 9, 2017 Author Posted October 9, 2017 I believe the issue was related to memcache. Had the user stop doing requests for a while. Solved the issue.
