Getting issue while upgrading to v4.1.19.4

Hi there,

While trying to upgrade application version from 4.1.19.2 to 4.1.19.4, Chat check box is disabled (I think it's because no later version available to upgrade for it)

But when I've continued it says "Chat" application will be disabled.

Please let me know what should I do to upgrade.

The Chat service was discontinued on 1 May so that is why there is no upgrade option and the installed application will be disabled. You can just uninstall it if you want.
