Patralli Posted August 25, 2017 Posted August 25, 2017 I know that topic sounds odd, but I have no idea how to word it. What I am looking for (and it may already be on here, and I'm just not seeing it), is a Form Manager that I can add questions to it and have them in a specific format (drop down, check boxes, multiple choice), etc. Basically I am a member of a gaming community and we want people to have to fill out a form complete with a question and answer section if they want to move to a different department or role. Then once they click submit, it is posted as a new topic and goes to a forum of our choosing. I had something like this before on the old platform, it was the (M34) Form Manager. Was there an application that replaced this? Thanks guys!
