Help

I made the mistake of starting the 4.2 upgrade and its stuck giving me the below error - cant get past it and board offline and cant undo anything

Column 'log_by' cannot be null

put in a ticket hopefully they can fix :/

Same problem here, I see you posted this on Saturday - did they ever resolve it? If so, how?

Since this problem just hit us today (Friday), I'm afraid we won't get a response from IPS until Monday.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just followed the upgrade process in the admin, presumably the current final version.

Still no luck here...
