Simplify 4.2.x By IPS Themes

This my answer as not sure said this to you before, make copy before upgrade as should keep my tweaks there and also as stands every update to 4.3.x will work nothing been reported on that side, about to fix issue towards language files as seems few people reported that broken.

Hi, I love your theme. Everything I wanted :)

A few questions:

1. Is it possible to remove the forum header from the front side? 

2. Is it possible to make the user images smaller?

3. What could be the problem that fluid doesnt work?

4. How do I get the drop shadow on the line and the red color in the search button as in attached image.

Nope only via Admin CP can be removed

I am guessing talking about the social links if so its not images its font awesome so yes can reduce the size.

it should work can't see why not.

we can remove via CSS via adding this to custom.css

4. I meant that I want that shadow, I dont have it as on the demo picture. Also to make the search icon red. And something happend with the meny, it suddenly got some padding instead of being full width.

2) this is template change you can tweak 

In the theme go to templates - forums - front - topics - postContainer 

Find

			<li class='cAuthorPane_photo'>
				{template="userPhoto" app="core" group="global" params="$comment->author(), 'large', $comment->warningRef()"}
			</li>

replace with

			<li class='cAuthorPane_photo'>
				{template="userPhoto" app="core" group="global" params="$comment->author(), 'medium', $comment->warningRef()"}
			</li>

this reduce it next size

4) this is issue with 4.3.x and working on getting that item back as don't look correct this how would look

and the red search add this custom.css

2. So its not possible to totally remove the user image / avatar? Only possible to make it smaller?

4. I applied it, but I didnt get it as you had on your demo picture. 

5. Any idea why the floated navigation looks so weird? 

6. Is it possible to remove or hide the breadscrums area and unread content / mark site read area to get rid of all the whitespace?

1) Fluid does work via different way as we have own setting all built in so change width or turn to boxed mode.

2) Nope not item i will support if wish remove you find all code in templates.

4) did say been removed at moment due issue with the css !

5) confirmed bug will be fixed by end next week as its Sunday followed by bank holiday Monday

6) i don't have any white space there but if provide link in PM i take look as for removing breadcrumb again do this yourself but not item i support as this pre made theme.

please not in 4.4.x this theme will be updated on finial is out upgrading to 4.4.x during beta will break the theme due to template changes.
