socceronly Posted June 20, 2017 Posted June 20, 2017 For a variety of reasons, I have been using a Pay Pal button on the front page rather than Commerce. This time I am going to use Commerce. I did a test, purchased the item, and it worked. However, I got an email to my admin board email, but not my Pay Pal Biz account email. Is there some reason when using Commerce Pay Pal does not send an email to my Pay Pal email? I can't see a setting for it. I don't want thousands of emails going to my Admin email.... Thanks JM

socceronly Posted June 21, 2017 Author Posted June 21, 2017 Ahhhhh. I was looking into it from the Pay Pal end. I find it surprising that Pay Pal will send you an email from a Buy Now button to your PP email, but not when the store uses Pay Pal. I'll set that up.... I still find it odd PP doesn't acknowledge the sale. Thanks! JM
