Simple but modern theme with slider (based on 4.2 default)

I'm looking around for a modern, clean and fluid designed theme with a slider. I've had a quick play on photoshop to give you the idea that's rolling around in my head. Ideally I'd like it compact but not over the top, remove unnecessary padding so more can fit on the screen. For simplicity I'd like it based on the new 4.2 design.

Here is my idea, if it interests people who are looking for a more professional look then please do reply and maybe one of the guys could whip it together and get it in the market place.

I've looked on the market place but haven't found anything that suits my needs.

I have a similar theme comes for ips 4.2, Not exactly the same as the image you posted but, same User bar on top and navigation under the slider, also not tabbed navigation style  You can follow me if you're interested
