Have a Form and display as List or Table

Hi guys,

I have a gaming community that desperately needs some sort of a list of domestic online tournaments where users can see upcoming and ongoing tournaments, as well as the ability to sort columns by ascending / descending values. It would also be really helpful to have a form where members can fill in their own tournaments and automatically have it listed on the list. Does anyone know of any plugins that can do this? Or anyone that can help me implement such a feature that integrates well with IPS?

You could use the pages application to create a tournaments database.
