IPB Developer urgently needed

Hi, I have a working IPB forum for many years (15) and time to move to new version 4 (now it is IP.Board 3.4.8). The operation would be simple if not one custom add-on. The main page is custom made and displays all new posts/topics (current). I'm looking for someone who will upgrade my forum and write "dashboard" template/module that works in the same way as I do now (with some development modifications).

Can I ask you for help? The service will be fully paid.

Wouldn't the new fluid forum view on 4.2 basically be the same thing (try it out here on this site)?

Ups... Is it native IPB feature? I wasn't aware of it. So probably I need someone only for small template modification. Great  Thanks man.

Yes, that is a a native Ipb Feature of Ipb 4.2.
