ACP > Members > Click the members name in the listing. Then click the 'Account Actions' button on the right and choose 'Merge' from the dropdown: The next page will show you an input box to pick the member to merge with (just start to type in their display name) and there's a dropdown choice of which to keep, be it the original first one or the one you've chosen in the input box. Obviously double check you pick the correct accounts for this before performing this action.
