Can't find needed permission for FB Promotion

Am I nuts or does 'pages_show_list' not exist in the facebook permissions manager for the app?

General settings for Promotion in on ACP -> System -> Social Media Promotion or something like that.

Thanks @Adriano Faria That's where I went but you have to add permissions to the facebook app from the facebook side.

 

Specifically this: 'pages_show_list', 'manage_pages' and 'publish_pages'

I found the latter two but not the first one.
