So while going through Alpha I came across a use instance that may be something others want as well. Club owners should be able to change the status of their club based on the type of clubs they can have.

For instance if I start a private club (because I want to get it setup or whatever) and then afterward I want it to go public the only current way to do this is to ask an admin to do this for them. I believe it is prudent that, with setting permissions in the group settings, to be able to change the group from Private to Open or to Closed (application type) or vice versa. I think this is particularly important for those that have community members that want to prepare themselves for their club.
