Report option in Profiles?

Hey,

I cannot seem to find it or maybe I'm just blind.

Is there a report option so users can report other users via their profiles? IPB3 used to have the report profile button. I cannot seem to find it on IPS4.

This feature has indeed been removed in 4.0 but not to fear as their is an application that restores this functionality called Member & Staff tools by @fosters.
