Better web push notifications

One of the features I find fantastic with IPS is the support for web push notifications, however the current implementation leaves a lot to be desired.

Some of the things I'd love to see are:

• A proper opt-in (before the browser message is shown)
• per-message preference, to go alongside emails, basically an updated preference centre
• The ability to send bulk messages, for example when you release a new article on the site
• Platform integrations (ie, with OneSignal, Pushwoosh, etc)

 

It's clear that the dev team understand how powerful email can be to drive interaction and traffic into the site, it'd be great if those same controls could be applied to web push notifications.
