move storage location - everything is now 404

i've moved storage location to another place in the server.

it looks like the file were moved (with 777 permission for some reason)

but when I access the site - it just call the regular path   <domain>/uploads/..... 

and that returns 404. 

What else should I do ?

Remove all files your directory 'datastore' and remove cache

Thanks, I deleted everything from datastore.

How to I remove cache ?
