Dear Invision, dear other customers.

I hope this won't just be read ONLY by other customers. We are using IPB since serveral years.
We are using it intensely. Mostly over its API. Currently we are working on migrating to IPB4.
We collected some serious wishes over the years, which i'll post here in case there are some
other customers, who would appreciate that too; just the most important:

- Moderating with multiple moderators
  We do have several moderators on several desktops. At the moment, they are
  moderating in a linear way; they are writing down timecodes of the posts they
  moderate and share them so that they don't check the same post more than once.
  that's annoying. there is no smart way to do that. at the moment and it would be great if
  mods could see which posts already WERE viewed/read by a moderator.

- Simultaneous moderating
  Another thing is that sometimes it could be useful to moderate simultaneously.
  For this purpose, it would be good if we could see at least, which moderator IS
  looking / working on what.

- One-Click-Hide
  We don't delete Posts. We hide them. We have so much posts that it would be very
  helpfull, if there would be an one-click-hide-button under each post.
  Same please for the post-check-boxes. Currently it is possible to delete multiple
  posts at once, but not to hide.

- Data-Manipulation by API
  We need to be able to change any user-/post-data via the API.
  I don't understand, why i can change the Name of a user, but not the
  Birthday. Whats the sense of an API, then?

- Sometimes we have to edit/shorten Posts. In this case, it would be very good,
  if the original Post would be archived and reviewable.

- We don't like this "1 hour before ..." Times. We need real times. Is it possible to
  bring back real times? We'll try if that's possible by changing templates ...

- Threading
  When we decided to choose IPS/IPB, there was threading. When we installed it,
  you had thrown out the threading-feature. Maybe because facebook didn't have
  threading, which it meanwhile has. Pleas give us back threading.
  With own code, we made a threading-feature for our installation, but in the
  modcp, the mods can't see,  which post is an answer to what. We also are going
  to implement that, but it would be much nicer, if it would be already inside
  of IPS/IPB.

- It would be very great, if, when we look at the posts, we could see, directly
  in each post, how much of the authors posts got hidden, if he was once switched
  to be moderated, ...

- We would appreciate a link per post, which the moderator could click, to send an
  editable note including this post to the author of the first post in the topic.
