Combine address profile fields

I just upgraded one of my version 3 sites to 4.1. On that site I was using 4 profile fields to capture user addresses for street, city, state, and zip. In 4.1 there is an address field to use but it looks like it combines it all into one field. Has anyone run into this and combined the data by running a query?
