Cleaning up /uploads ?

Hi, is there a built in method or some plugin that can help cleaning up the /uploads folder for old or unused files? I reached 70G and i am not sure what to do about it.. Thanks !

For old files, you'd just delete the oldest directories, wouldn't you? They're listed in age order.

There used to be a setting to delete "orphaned" files but I can't find it now. I wonder whether it's been discontinued. (Maybe. I used it once and it wiped things that weren't orphaned.)
