Missed some upgrades, and now i have this error. 5.6.33 is newer then 5.1.3 and even 5.6.2, isn't it?

Can you submit a ticket? That looks like it may be mistaking the PHP version with the MySQL version. Either way, the message should not be showing, so we'll need to take a look at your site directly to see why.
