Collapsible Blocks

Is there currently a collapse feature built into IPBoard? What I want to do is allow users to collapse blocks (I can change the CSS/HTML for the blocks). By Collapse I mean press a button to minimise the content if a viewer isn't interested. Any ideas? Thanks
