Bluedrake42 Posted December 18, 2016 Posted December 18, 2016 Would be nice to have two features which allow for more in-depth support options. 1. Allow the grouping of support departments. For instance: Dog Department Greyhound Department Golden Retriever Department Cat Department Fluffy Cat Department Short Hair Cat Department 2. Allow an option to have custom field answers, or answer combinations, decide the final department. For instance: Q: Is your pet a dog, cat, or chicken? A: Cat. Q: Is your cat fluffy or short haired? A: Fluffy. = Fluffy Cat Department These two simple systems would allow for a wider range of support, more easily filtered through client provided information.
