Deeper Support

Would be nice to have two features which allow for more in-depth support options.

1. Allow the grouping of support departments. For instance:

  • Dog Department
    • Greyhound Department
    • Golden Retriever Department
  • Cat Department
    • Fluffy Cat Department
    • Short Hair Cat Department

2. Allow an option to have custom field answers, or answer combinations, decide the final department. For instance:

Q: Is your pet a dog, cat, or chicken?
A: Cat.

Q: Is your cat fluffy or short haired?
A: Fluffy.

= Fluffy Cat Department

These two simple systems would allow for a wider range of support, more easily filtered through client provided information.
