Migration from Vbulletin 5

My vbb5 forum has over 62000 user, and after migration the number of user is much lower (47000, 50000). Is this a problem of hardware or something?

Are any tasks running ? (you'll see them in the ACP dashboard area usually)

I can't see how it would "lose" any members unless it did not import a group but that seems unlikely. It may be best to submit a ticket in the Client Area for advice on this.
