Profile Fields Count

Hello,

I was just wondering if what i want to do is possible and if i would be grateful is someone could explain how,

On the left hand side of this page you can see a 'Political Party' profile field option.

This option has 6 'select' fields and i was just wondering if, on another page, we can have it so based on the amount of people who set say X Party it displays a numerical value. An example would be

On a new page it would say

Members of X party: 21       Y party: 30      Z party: 5

and this would be based of the field option they select. Basically so we can count party members.

I have tried to explain this the best way i can. Hopes it clear
