FR: Disabling editing of titles in forum threads list

We often right-click on a forum title to copy the URL, as per the screenshot below. The unwanted side-effect of this is that it makes the title field editable. 

Given that titles can be edited from within the thread itself, we would prefer for the title in that list to not be editable accidentally like this:

With regards to how the title CAN be edited, it'd be fantastic to bring back "Edit Title" to the list of "Moderation Actions" at the top of a thread instead

We are looking into seeing if right clicking can be set up to not trigger the edit action.

Is this a Safari/Mac thing? Or does it do that on 4.1.16.x no matter what? I'm on 4.1.5 with Windows and right-click does not trigger the edit action.
